Bedford Commons OB-GYN will participate in the Women's Expo being held on Saturday, February 20 from 10 AM - 4 PM at the Radisson Hotel on Elm Street in Manchester.

Transitions Lifestyle System

Joy Senecal, a certified Wellness Coach of the Transitions Lifestyle System meets at Bedford Commons OB-GYN and provides a complete wellness program that focuses on helping you achieve a healthy lifestyle and change your body composition, without dieting. This program is a 12-week program, meeting once a week for two hours in the evening.

The Three Main Components of the Transitional Lifestyle System are:

1. Low Glycemic Index eating: You will learn what foods keep your blood sugar stable and keep you in fat burning mode.
2. Behavior Modification: Journaling, to keep you on track and nutritional education through DVD support.
3. Exercise: Learn easy ways to incorporate moderate exercise into your busy schedule.

Reaching the On-call Physician

When you want to reach the Bedford Commons OB-GYN physician who is on-call after the office closes and on weekends, please call our main phone number 603-668-8400 and follow the prompts that direct you to Press 1 "if this is an urgent medical problem and you need to speak to the OB-GYN physician" and then Press 7 "to be connected to the on-call physician's cell phone". You will be immediately connected to the on-call physician's cell phone. If the physician is already on the cell phone, you can leave a message on the cell phone voicemail and the physician will call you back within 20 minutes.

Derry Office
